We can understand the users’ world, but those who know it best are the users themselves. We facilitate workshops that involve users.
When users participate in the design process, they may not like to be in focus. The users are experts on their own life, but might also talk about others’ lives. To keep focus we use personas similar to the users. It helps the participants to stick to the real user perspective and it makes them feel at home and comfortable in the process.
